I am celebrating my 26^th year as a Realtor and have assisted hundreds of families in achieving the success they may never thought was possible.   My win/win philosophy has served my clients extremely well, and I maintain the highest level of excellence, competency & integrity.  
 I specialize in residential and investment real estate and have had extensive experience in the sales of single-family residences, condominiums, and residential income properties.  The majority of my business comes from loyal client referrals and a strong word-of-mouth network. My consulting expertise and real estate knowledge guarantees that your goals, in an often fluctuating and highly competitive marketplace, will be successfully achieved.  I care about your needs and will take the time to provide you with the personal attention and service you deserve.
Community and civic responsibility remain a top priority for me.  When you purchase or sell a property through me, a donation of a free wheelchair is made in your name to the FREE WHEELCHAIR MISSION, a non-profit company that provides wheelchairs at no cost to deserving individuals in third world countries.
